About Fred & Janet Cassa

While living and working in The Netherlands, we often stay in United States ever since 1976. It is really our second home country and we love to be in our beautiful Florida home. Over the years we visited Florida more than 100 times with our kinds and meanwhile our grand kids.
 

Why Fred & Janet Cassa chose Grand Reserve

Our Florida home is an executive villa just 2 miles from the center of Championsgate with its World famous golf course. The villa has many upgrades, the best possible furniture and beautiful decorations. Our pool and spa are by far the largest in the area. The home is well maintained and we keep it in the best possible condition. There is free professional high speed internet and the computer and printer are all yours to use! The villa is situated in a small gated and very safe community with only 110 homes. About 70% of the homes are permanently occupied by its owners which keeps the neighborhood in a well maintained condition.
 

What makes this Villa unique

The home is very close to Disney, Legoland, Seaworld, Universal Studio's and so on. Also the outlet - and shopping malls are in a close distance. After a day in a park or after a day of extended shopping, relax at the pool side or in the big spa with a beautiful and tranquil lighted patio and garden.
