What a beautiful home, clean and welcoming, we enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Disney.

Everything is as pictured and described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in the pool and hot tub for several hours each day and really enjoyed relaxing on the lanai. The location is great for travel to Orlando or the Tampa area. Other amenities like grocery shopping etc also very accessible. Fred was very responsive and great to work with. All in all we all had a wonderful stay and a great time.

We had the best time in this wonderful house. The pictures do not do this house justice. The house was big and very roomy. The pool and the hot tub were perfect for us and our kids. The pool is very big! The pool guy came by and was very nice. The house was in a great location! I contacted Fred a couple of times asking questions and he always contacted me back very quickly. The house was very clean. I would definitely stay at this house again.

House, pool and spa were all perfect. Everything is very well maintained. Definitely a great find.

Great large home with pool and spa. We were just a family of four but would definitely consider coming back with a larger family group when visiting the Orlando/ Area. It was a working vacation for us but it was still nice to be able to relax in a nice backyard. We visited Orlando and Disney Springs which was only 20 mins away. There are many restaurants close by to choose from and grocery store only 5 minutes away.

House was very clean and games room was a bonus for the kids for rainy days. Information and communication with owners/vacation company were great. Thanks for a great stay !

Fred and Janet are great hosts. They answer questions right away and take care of any issues immediately. House is clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the spa and pool every day in “January “. Great kitchen. Near Disney hot spots. Convenient to shopping areas. Quite location. Wilderness views. Renters will need to supply there own paper products.

Always felt safe and comfortable. We had 10 family members and the house was perfect size for us. The house was nicely decorated and equipped with so many TV's, which the kids loved. Fred and Janet have a great home. We loved our stay. Ed the Maintenace guy is wonderful to work with. We had a little mishap with the outside faucet bursting since it stuck out of the wall however Ed came right over and fixed the situation right away. Fred was great and understanding about it all.

We loved our stay and will stay there again. Thank you so much for a great place to spend our vacation.

This wonderful villa is in town but feels very private. It is spacious with a great floor plan and nice decorating. We loved the quiet, relaxing pool area for swimming, enjoying morning coffee, and just stargazing while enjoying sounds of nature. Furnishings inside and out were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with basics. The garage game room was a nice diversion. Owner was very personable and attentive to our needs. He was genuinely interested in providing a wonderful experience. We would love to have an opportunity to visit again.

Fantastic-my family and I really enjoyed everything here at this property-plenty of room -great pool and hot tub-all was great -we will definitely rent again!

My family enjoyed their stay at this property. We have a large family and there was room for everyone. We had children ages 5-18 with us and they were all happy with the accommodations. The pool and spa as well as the game room were used almost daily. We had an issue with the master bed that Fred and Ed worked on and resolved within a few days. This was not something we had ever come across staying anywhere. But they were very accommodating and took the issue serious. We enjoyed that the parks were about 29 minutes away and the grocery store was a few minutes down the road. My only recommendations would be to maybe add some plastic kid cups, plates and bowls and directions on how to use the TVs especially in the bedrooms they were all different. Also be advised there isn’t a tv in the living room in case you had 2 families with you or kids that want to hook up a game station. We had an enjoyable time and will be back. This property was immaculate and we enjoy every bit of it! Fred was awesome to deal with and very responsive. We are a family of 7 and there was enough space in the house to essentially get lost lol. Dining can seat 8 and the pool was large enough for us all to swim comfortably and not run into each other. We will absolutey come back here again on our next trip down. Also, if you go to Universal, ride the Hagrid Bike Ride coaster. Easily the best ride we've ever rode!! And we are coaster enthusiasts

We thoroughly enjoyed every inch of this beautiful home! There was so much space throughout the entire home. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We definitely got good use out of the pool almost everyday and the security feature on all of the doors that led to the pool definitely gave us peace of mind. The home is also in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Thank you so much!

The house was great and as represented. We loved the roomy kitchen, shower in the MBR, and the pool and jacuzzi. Fred was always quick to respond and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We will rent from him again.

This property is fantastic!! The house is so beautiful and the pool was so nice! We cooked meals everyday and the kitchen is very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and the showers were over the top with multi-directional sprays. The pool door alarms were annoying but we love that you considered the safety of little children. Our 4 teenagers loved the pool and they had their own little "wing" in the house with the 2 double twin bedrooms with a bath between. Great secure neighborhood and it was quiet. The bathroom off the pool area was great as well. Great accomadations at a reasonable price!! Loved It!
